A: Simply browse our collection, select your favorite piece, choose the rental/buy option, and proceed to checkout.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Express delivery options are available at checkout.
Q. Do you deliver across India?
A: Yes, we deliver to most pin codes across India through trusted courier partners.
💎 Rental Jewellery
Q. How does rental jewellery work?
A: Choose your design, select rental duration, pay a small deposit, and enjoy the look! Return it post-use with our return kit.
Q. Is the jewellery hygienic and clean?
A: Absolutely! All pieces are sanitized, polished, and quality-checked before and after each rental.
Q. What if I damage the rented piece?
A: Minor wear is acceptable. Significant damage or loss may lead to additional charges from your security deposit.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q. What is your return policy?
A: For Successfully placed orders, you can cancel your order before shipped. Once Product is shipped you can not cancel the order. Rentals must be returned as per your selected Date.
Q. When will I get my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
